Parent Resource Center Volunteer

I began volunteering at the Parent Resource Center in September 2019. My experience at PRC was terrific. I had the opportunity to help in child care, attend outreach events, go on home visits, and shadow the case managers. I enjoyed attending events as I was able to meet different people and learn about services provided by our community.
Being able to share resources with the community made me feel great because that information can make a positive impact in the life of families and their children.
I appreciate everyone at PRC for giving me this experience as it helped me grow as a person and enhance my skills. I love that staff members are supportive and are always welcoming to everyone that comes through the door.  I encourage you to volunteer at PRC because I am certain that you too will have a wonderful experience.
